Goals
Remove AI-25 and install Garrett TFE731-3
Reduce weight by over 1000 lbs... This will cause significant Center of Gravity issues so we are looking at moving aft of CoG weight forward of the CoG to reduce the need for ballast.
Reduce drag (remove tip tanks)
Dramatically simplify instrumentation by using just a few pieces of glass
